Howard J. Levine is a Chicago partner and chair of the employee benefits and executive compensation practice group and co-chair of the ESOP team of Drinker Biddle, which is based in Philadelphia. He has extensive experience representing plan sponsors, advising shareholders and independent trustees in the design, implementation, operation and termination of ESOPs.
