Jason Lee is an HR tech and fintech entrepreneur, a longtime advocate for improving workers' financial health, and a pioneer of the Earned Wage Access (EWA) industry. He is Chief of Chime Enterprise, where he leads Chime's efforts to help employers support their workforce through modern financial wellness solutions, including Chime Workplace, a comprehensive financial wellness suite. Jason previously co-founded and scaled a fintech startup that helped create and globalize the EWA category, serving as CEO through 2022. He remains at the forefront of shaping the future of employee financial wellness and earned wage access, advising leading international EWA providers across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
