MTR-Eastern Owner Files Papers for IPO, NSDL Gearing for Listing in July
Orkla India, the owner of food brands MTR and Eastern, has submitted preliminary documents with SEBI and the NSDL is reportedly preparing for its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) in July 2025.
