Entrepreneur Network partner Ben Angel knows what it is like to struggle with fear. That's why so many of his videos focus on improving your mindset and emotions, and in this video, he focuses on how you can use visualization to overcome the things you dread most.

Start by imagining the thing you fear, then shrink down that image and place it in the corner of your mind. Then, replace it with an image of you overcoming that fear. How would that feel precisely? What would you need to do to make that happen?

Do this over and over again, until your vision of overcoming that fear is as natural as the fear itself, and you can be confident even in situations that once made you very uncomfortable.
