  1. Carl's Jr. announced a plan to rebrand their charbroiled sliders "Spielburgers" in honor of director Steven Spielberg. Was he honored? Not so much. He responded on Twitter with a video, saying, "They're pretty good, but I'm passing. Cease and desist."
  2. Facebook just revealed three changes to its privacy settings, including a new way for users to access copies of their stored data. Still thinking of deleting?
  3. Axios' National political reporter Jonathan Swan writes that Trump is obsessed with Amazon. He believes the online retail behemoth is making life too difficult for locally-owned retailers and wants to find a way to curb its dominance. Amazon shares fell 5.4 percent after the story was released, zapping nearly $39 billion in shareholder value.
