Being an entrepreneur is hard. Being one with a family can sometimes be next to impossible. But Dylan Lauren, the founder of Dylan’s Candy Bar, takes it in stride.

In our Day in the Life video series, Lauren shares how she manages to balance work and life. Her morning includes spending quality time with her children and getting in a good workout before heading to the office. Once there, she multi-tasks -- like all entrepreneurs -- talking to her team about renovations, launches and partnerships. Then, she spends her evening supporting a cause she is passionate about: animal rescue.
