Walmart Plans to Sell the Women's Apparel Brand, ModCloth Plus, a bootstrapped startup will help married people legally change their names.

Walmart plans to sell women's apparel brand ModCloth to Go Global Retail. Go Global Retail is a brand investment platform that has worked with other apparel companies. The online fashion retailer will keep operating independently and the deal is expected to close later this year.

NewlyNamed is a small bootstrapped startup that makes your name change after marriage easy. They have two personalized name change kits — one for $89 and one for $39. They help with social security — passports — drivers license — vehicle registrations and more.

Mitte has created a smart water system that is going to filter your water directly from the tap. The system purifies and enhances water through a process inspired by the natural water cycle. It is also connected to the Mitte app to monitor your current cartridge usage and send you notifications when it is time to order more. Mitte has raised $10.6 million in a seed round but has not started manufacturing.
