Louisville, Kentucky--Tricon Global Restaurants Inc. hasreceived shareholder approval to change its corporate name to Yum!Brands Inc. The company believes the name, which matches its NYSEticker symbol, better reflects its expanding portfolio ofquick-service restaurant brands.
