Even the most successful young entrepreneurs could use some advice. And though a mentor is often your best bet for lining up consistent help over time, getting the opportunity to ask a seasoned trep your top questions for only a moment can pay dividends. Here, we put Jason Sadler of IWearYourShirt.com on the hot seat.

Known for his humorous commentary about brands and their products, Sadler started up IWearYourShirt.com in 2008 to tackle the stiff persona of big brands online and on social media. In effect, each day he would don a new T-shirt and promote a different company. The Jacksonville, Fla.,-based entrepreneur says his goal is to contribute to the conversation around those products or services -- to "pull" rather than "push" out a message. Hijinks of course often ensues.

Adina Grigore is the 28-year-old founder of Sprout Skincare in Brooklyn.

The 28-year-old Brooklynite started up the natural-products maker when she was just 23.
