She and her team help millions of small business advertisers around the world connect with their customers and grow through personalized advertising on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger.

Prior to joining Facebook in 2016, Kaitlyn worked for Burberry and Ogilvy & Mather in London. With Burberry, she first led the British fashion house's global social media marketing group, and subsequently the Brand & Product Marketing team which oversaw all of Burberry's integrated marketing efforts. While at Ogilvy & Mather, Kaitlyn helped grow their social media team from 10 people to a worldwide group of 500+ across all Ogilvy operating companies, and rolled out and led Social@Ogilvy in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Kaitlyn started her career in digital marketing in the early 2000's, helping major brands embrace emerging platforms of the day such as message boards, blogs, Friendster and MySpace.

Kaitlyn graduated Wellesley College with a BA in International Relations and "hails" from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
