Ray Titus, who had previously started Signarama, opened the first EmbroidMe store in 2000 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and began franchising the concept shortly thereafter. In 2017, EmbroidMe rebranded under the new name, Fully Promoted. Franchises now offer branded products and marketing services. Fully Promoted is part of United Franchise Group, which also franchises Signarama, Transworld Business Advisors, SuperGreen Solutions, Experimac, Jon Smith Subs, VentureX, and Paramount Tax.
