Getting a high-paying job in the U.S. does not require earning a four-year college degree. A new analysis from the career site Resume Genius identifies 15 roles that pay strong salaries with no Bachelor’s degree requirement.

The analysis used U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data to find the highlighted jobs. The focus was on roles with a minimum median annual salary of $49,500. The report emphasized that there is no single path to a lucrative career, and that many well-paid roles are accessible through vocational education, certifications, apprenticeships and on-the-job training.

Resume Genius career expert Eva Chan noted that each of these jobs still requires real skills and often substantial training, but they do not mandate a four-year college credential.

“There’s no one way to get a high-paying job,” Chan told CNBC. “All of the jobs do have some degree of training, some have schooling, but they’re all very attainable without a degree.”
