In this episode of Leaders Create Leaders, Entrepreneur Network partner Gerard Adams sits down with interior designer and television personality Vanessa Deleon to talk about how she made it as an interior designer in the competitive landscape of New York City.

As a child, whenever Deleon fought with her father, she always fell back on the same argument. "Just you wait," she'd say, "one day I'm going to be a big designer in New York City."

Her father would say, "What does that even mean?"

Apparently, it means something like the life Deleon is living now. She has tons of clients in the Big Apple and often appears on television networks as a design expert.
