WhatsApp Launches WhatsApp Business Plus, Bacardi buys Patron for $5.1 billion and Target launches an exclusive fragrance line called Good Chemistry.

Time to take some shots, because Bacardi announced that it will buy the maker of Patron. The deal values the brand at $5.1 billion. The new acquisition will mean that Bacardi will add the Patron label to its other 200 brands. This huge transaction is rumored to close in the first half of 2018.
WhatsApp launched a separate app for small business owners called WhatsApp Business. The app helps small businesses easily connect with customers and has features like smart messaging tools. WhatsApp Business is also compatible with WhatsApp web and is free and available now for Android users.
Target launched an exclusive fragrance line called Good Chemistry. The fragrance line includes four collections inspired by different personalities. Not only do the perfumes small great, but they also are vegan, paraben free and are made with essential oils.
